I am just delighted to say the summer shows have proved to be fantastic for my lhasas. The past weekend I made the trip the the Hungarian Debrecen CACIB shows. These are ussually the last summer shows for me and this year was no exception.

On Saturday Ally, BIS Ch. Orlane´s All Too Easy, won the champion class and gained her CAC. Gideon, our young clown won BOB Junior. The judge was Mr. Tamas Jakkel from Hungary.
On Sunday the judge for lhasas was Mrs. Daniela Radu from Romania and the results were just wonderful. First of all, Gideon won his BOB Junior & finished his first junior champion title in Europe and now is

Hungarian Junior Champion

Ally won the BOB on Sunday and with her champion class CAC, she finished the conditions for her title, so she is now also

Champion of Hungary

We were excited to show in the final ring under a respected judge who awarded Ally

Best In Group
under Ms. Jenifer Egan from Australia

This weekend I also had a chance to show a beautiful Chinese Crested, Whisperingln' The Devils Advocate. It was a real fun to show "Keanu" who is a real stallion. On Saturday he won BOB with CACIB under Mr. Tamas Jakkel. On Sunday, he was awarded res. CACIB with another CAC to his credit.

Thank you judges for the wonderful weekend. We had great time and it was a really nice to meet many friends again. See you all soon!

What an amazing weekend behind us. At our "home town" show at Duo CACIB Bratislava Internationals. I entered both of my sweet lhasas to the show and it turned out as a wonderful thing. The results proove it themselves.

On Saturday, lhasas were judged by Mr. Zhuk Anatolij from Bielorussia. Gideon, Shoyu Blowin´Own Horn at Orlane, has been with us for just a few days now. He is a very sweet dog and the best one to live with. He was shown first time in the junior class in Europe and first won his class with CAJC and later went on to finnish as

A girl on a mission... Ally in the US

Ever since I brought Ally to Europe, I wanted her to finish an American Championship one day. This summer, I knew I could take a month off from work and so it seemed like a perfect opportunity for the travel. Many had warned us that many people dont show in the summer months and we might have a problem to find the important majors to complete the title. We sure didnt give up and gave it a try.. and we sure do not regret!

We spent the month in the USA with my dear friend Mrs. Melissa Papke of the Langpur Kennel (Shih tzus & Lhasa apsos). Melissa is a wonderful person and the best cook. Besides from her famous pasteries, she is a wonderful handler and does a spectacular work with the dogs. She has been showing the Lhasa Apsos, mostly of the Orlane for over 30 years and was a great help to me during my stay, as well as many times before. I could not do it without her, so once again THANK YOU Melissa, you gave us a wonderful month and surely lots of laughts!

Ally at her first US show, BOB over special, first two points under Mr. Luc Boileau.

BOB again at the show on July 4th under Mr. William Usherwood.

So, to make the story short, I am very thrilled and happy to announce that Orlane´s All Too Easy added another title to her list and is now

American Champion

She was shown 11 times. At the last show in the Special class and was a Bitch Select. Before finishing her title she was 9 times Winners Bitch, 6 times Best of Breed winner and also gathered Group 2 and Group 4 along on the way.

Group 2 under Mr. William Usherwood!

I was thrilled to be able to show Ally in the US. I showed there numberous times before, but never my own dog. And let me tell you, it makes a hell of a difference! :)

Here is Ally then and now. 6 months old puppy when I came to pick her up at the Orlane. And now a brand new american champion at the Orlane Kennel again!

With the Mother Kendall, founder of the Orlane Kennel, the very dear and always helpful Dorothy Joan!

During my US trip I could not miss the dear and wonderful breeder of the Orlane, Mrs. Linda Kendall Smith. I am proud to say I have one of her dogs. Her work with lhasas is wonderful and I love to see them running around, cut down in the best of shapes. Of course, always great to meet the Orlane kennel founder, Mrs. Dorothy Joan Kendall. These are two very dear and special ladies. I will be forever thankful for my Ally and all you have given me. Thank you! And just to say a bit more, the future will speak the results of my visit itself one day.. ;)

It was a month I will never forget, thank you all for wonderful time. I met some wonderful people, made new friends and had lots of fun. Hope to see you all again one day.. I am happy to be home now, with two lhasa apsos by my feet. Stay tuned for more news! ;)

I am sorry to come a bit late with the news this time. Lots of things are happening around. Just a few days before the GrandPrix show in Slovakia I finished my Master degree in the University, which I am really proud of and very glad that this part of my life is finally over. Now lets more on to the new one :)
We are moving on to a new house and meanwhile we visited the abovementioned Grand Pirx CACIB show in Nitra, Slovakia.

The judge for lhasa apsos was Mr. Veli-Pekka Kumpumaki from Finland and I am very proud to say that my girl Ally, or BIS Ch. Orlane´s All Too Easy, went on to win Best of Breed with CACIB. In the final ring she was also selected to win

res. Best in Group

Ally two years ago at the Orlane kennel. Just before leaving USA!

And we are thrilled to announce this little puppy has grown up and this past weekend finished title

International Champion!

It has come as a wonderful present for our little aniversary. It was exactly 2 years ago that Ally put her feet on the European ground, just a 5,5 months old puppy then.

The show where BIS MCh. Orlane´s All Too Easy, or Ally to her friends, got her CACIB was held in Prague. She was also awarded CAC from the champion class. The judge on the occassion was Mr. Denis Kuzelj from Bulgaria. Thank you!

And thank you to all the friends who support us with warm comments. None of this would ever be possible without you and without the help of Ally´s wonderful breeder Mrs. Linda Kendall Smith whom I will be forever thankful for everything.

We are bringing you the news a bit late this time. It has been a busy time for us here in Slovakia but we are happy to say last weekend we showed at the first outdoor show for us this year, in Maribor Slovenia. A show with everything the weather can bring.. rain, cold, wind and finally sun.. There is just something about showing outside and we cant wait for more shows to come this summer.

The results were wonderful for us too. We were happy to open another championship for Ally, this time in Slovenia going CAC, CACIB and Best Of Breed under Mr. Miroslav Zidar from Slovenia.

And in the wonderful afternoon sun our Multi. BIS Ch. Orlane´s All Too Easy, or Ally to her friends went to gain yet another group placement this time

res. Best In Group
under Mrs. Lisbeth Mach from Switzerland

I am thrilled and very proud of my girl. Thank to judges for appreciating Ally´s qualities.

We have had a great weekend showing at the Luxembourg International dog show. We made the trip with the company of great friends which made the weekend even more fun.
Since I have been in dogs, the Luxembourg Championship has been a dream of mine. For some reason, it means a lot to me and I was delighted to be able to achive it.

Our Ally, MultiCh. Orlane´s All Too Easy, was showned in the Champion class and won it with the title CACL which makes her Luxembourg ChampionThe judge on the day was Mrs. Sanja Moncilovic from Serbia. Thank you!

It is also my great pleasure to say that the official rankings from the last year are finally out, so now it is official. Ally is the

Number 1 Lhasa Apso in Slovakia 2009

She also achived the highest number of points under the Tibetan Breeds Club in Slovakia and left the Shih tzus, Tibetan terriers and Spaniels far behind her.

I couldnt be prouder of my special girl! Thank you goes to all the judges who appreciated her qualities!

It sure must be one of the best shows we have been to. The small town in presov organized the first International show and they did it wonderfull and in style. The atmosphere was wonderful and we enjoyed it to fullest.

Ally took her BOB & East Cup Winner awards and
Best In group

And followed her win on Saturday by going

On Sunday we had a relaxing day just watching the show, meeting the friends and having fun. And sure we did have fun in the end of the day when Ally did her wonderful performance in the Best in show ring and took the highest prize.

I am too happy for words. All I can say is Thank you to all concerned, the judges and friends. But most importantly, Thank You, Ally!

In the final ring Ally had a great fun showing in a tough competition. She ended the day going
